Jordan Saavedra, Au.D., CCC/A, FAAA Director of Audiology
Jordan Saavedra, Au.D., CCC/A, FAAA earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Lamar University in 2011 and a Doctor of Audiology from the University of North Texas in 2015. She joined ENT Associates of East Texas in 2014 as a fourth-year doctoral resident and accepted a full-time position upon graduation. Dr. Saavedra holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC/A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology.
Phyllis Trotter, Au.D., CCC/A, FAAA
Phyllis Trotter obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi and went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still/Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Dr. Trotter holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA). She has been a clinical/dispensing audiologist for the past twenty-six years, honing her skills in several states before moving to East Texas. Her clinical focus is on pediatric and adult hearing aids.
A native of Mississippi, Dr. Trotter loves God, her family, and others. She is married and is a mother to a beautiful daughter. She enjoys sharing her gift of providing stellar hearing health care with the community.
Kaitlyn League, Au.D., CCC/A, FAAA
Kaitlyn League, Au.D., CCC/A, FAAA, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Professional Speech-Language Pathology from Louisiana Tech University in 2018 and a Doctor of Audiology from Louisiana Tech University in 2022.
Dr. League holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is also a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology. As a hearing aid user herself, she strives to support and guide patients to improve their overall quality of life. Her clinical interests focus on advanced diagnostic testing and hearing aids.
Outside of work, Dr. League enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sporting events and eating Cajun food.
Abigail Balogun, Au.D., CCC/A, FAAA
Abigail Balogun earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies at The University of Texas at Tyler and her Doctor of Audiology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She completed an externship focused on pediatric and adult audiological evaluation, hearing aids and balance evaluation at ENT Associates of East Texas. Dr. Balogun holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC/A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
She migrated from Nigeria with her family in 2010 and hopes to contribute to the accessibility and awareness of audiological care in places such as Nigeria throughout her career. Outside of work, Dr. Balogun enjoys spending time with family and watching movies and T.V. shows.
